In a rather neglected corner of our garden, just beside the woodshed, these cheerful yellow blooms are climbing through the hedge. Having long been fond of them, I recently learned from Karen their name – Kerria Japonica. I love their sunny fluffiness- just like little golden pompoms.
(There is no official Nature in the Home this week, but I have become rather accustomed to a weekly burst of floral cheer!)
I have become used to it accustomed to it as well. These are beautiful pom-pom flowers. lovely! xo
Ha! how I blundered that. Trying to zip along to fast I guess! I was trying to say that I am quite accustomed now to blog about Nature in the Home as well. Wednesday feels oddly empty without it.
